Their customer service and front office staff have drastically changed over the last year. I can never get anyone one the phone. I will change clinics due to office staff and not being able to reach a human. Dr Daily was and is great, I will miss her, but it is due to the office practices not her.
Dog got bit by a stray was able to come in that day and they were quick and professional, and continued to be even with our 2 weeks later stitches removal appointment
Dr. Dykstra is absolutely amazing. He was so good with my elderly dog. Very gentle and informative. I now take all my pets to see him.
This is seriously the best vet hospital, they are so kind, so quick, and genuinely charge you fairly. I refuse to take my cat anywhere else because of how great and sweet they are! Please don’t hesitate to come here, you won’t regret it!
