My intention was to shop at least 3 or 4 realtors before listing our home, and I thought we needed to do so much work to the house so we were still months away from listing but close enough to get professional advice. John was a random recommendation I picked up off Nextdoor and the first one we talked to, but 5 minutes into our meeting I knew he was the one. When I was thinking about selling my house, John came to the house late in the evening and put my worries to rest. I listed with him almost immediately. John went above and beyond on getting the house ready to sell. 3 months in and we are closing!! Highly recommend John.
