I have always received excellent dental care from Dr. Bettinger. He is very knowlegable and professional. Best of all, he is very gentle when you're in the chair.
From the first time I visited Dr. Bettinger, I got such a good feeling from him that I left my family dentist whom I had been with for over 30 years. I would give Dr. Bettinger 10 Stars if I could!!! Dr Bettinger is the dentist used by a majority of my coworkers, and with good reason. Professional and very patient-friendly, John understands "lazy-no-flossing-chickens" like myself. He fully explains everything I wanted to know about the procedure; different options and recommendations, and any insurance and cost issues. Everything went smoothly and as painlessly as I could imagine. I would highly recommend Dr Bettinger and his staff.
Dr. Bettinger has been my dentist for almost 20 years. I can't say enough wonderful things about him and all of my experiences there. I have been a patient of Dr. Bettinger's for 12 years, and have recommended him to all of my coworkers [of which about 15 are now patients]. The personal attention he and his team give you are unmatched. He even does the cleanings! He has a very hands on approach you don't see much anymore. I have had everything from simple cleanings to fillings to crowns, and even a root canal, and have been 110% satisfied with his work. He placed an implant and it failed immediately. He did not give me antibiotics before he placed the implant and I had an existing infection. Needless to say the area never healed and the implant needed to be taken out in once month. He then pushed me onto another dentist and refused to take my calls. During one of my follow up visits I walked toward the back of his office and he quickly guided me away. He did not want me to see the messy lab area.
