We have now worked with this title company on two very different transactions—a donated property transfer and the recent sale of family land—and they handled both with exceptional professionalism and care. The recent sale involved multiple heirs and long-distance coordination. Throughout it all, the staff remained patient, responsive, organized, and helpful.
This place is great! Friendly. Offered water or coffee immediately. Nice ice mountain bottle cold provided. Nice chocolates at the front desk. Professional and considerate of your time and comfort. The whole process was excellent. This was my second time closing with John Bethel title company.
The entire closing process was clearly documented, which made it easy to navigate each step. Kara Oltman was exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I reached out to her several times to ensure I was wiring the closing funds correctly, and she was always responsive and reassuring. Wiring funds can be a stressful experience, but she made the process much more manageable.
