The entire closing process was clearly documented, which made it easy to navigate each step. Kara Oltman was exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I reached out to her several times to ensure I was wiring the closing funds correctly, and she was always responsive and reassuring. Wiring funds can be a stressful experience, but she made the process much more manageable. Such a great experience here because of the staff. (especially Amy!) They are very welcoming, kind, and efficient. They helped make a stressful day a lot smoother. It’s also a comfortable and clean space to be in.
