John is by far a life saver. My partner and I have both seen John for Trigger Point therapy. Both of us at some point were in so much pain that we could barely walk. Just 3-4 sessions with John and some maintenance exercises and stretches, and we have been great since.
John is an excellent deep tissue massage therapist.
If you have muscular or glute issue - this is the only place to go to. It is not pleasant experience massage, but gets you out of backache zone pretty fast and in effective manner. We have two chronic back issue patients in our family and John mended both of us.
