Dr. Berry has operated on me twice in the past year - with a good result. He has a great bedside manner: no BS (professional) but kind; thoughtful; thorough - didn't make me feel rushed when answering questions and addressing concerns. He thinks things through (including altering his approach based on my comments and concerns) then manages a plan of care - adjusting as necessary - through the healing process (and in my case, planned second surgery).
He Was Very Adamant With Performing Surgery When I Inquired About A Second Opinion The Empathy Was No Longer Present! Seems Like It Was About The Insurance Money & Not The Patient.
From the initial consultation to the follow up care, you feel like a friend rather than a patient. Dr Berry is sensitive, caring, patient, informative, and extremely knowledgeable. He explains things in simple English for you to comprehend. His strong, confident and supportive manor makes it easy to trust him completely with your care. His staff is equally qualified and together they work with you as team.
