We were very disappointed by the lack of courtesy of a member of this group, Dwight Hathaway. We pulled up with our realtor to tour a home of his listing and encountered the newly under-contract party in the home with their inspector. Imagine our surprise! We even confirmed the tour shortly before as we drove over 2 hours to tour this home. All it would have taken was a simple, courtesy phone call letting us know of the changed status and to cancel our tour, but instead Dwight’s negligence ultimately wasted a full day for us... read more
