Just called and there answering machine picked up and said call during normal business hours! Cmon guys ! This is ridiculous. It's 149pm and you are open until 5pm. So Annoying ! Doctors are great but the hours are terrible for anyone who has a 9 to 5 Job. You will never be able to see the doctor unless you take of of work. Or wait a month to get a ever other Saturday appointment

I was a patient for over 10 years. Without any notification they stopped accepting my insurance. I was told this when diagnosed with COVID 19 and, then told to “find a new DR” by the girl answering phones. No meds, no phone call from the Dr. Dr Bedell is great. It is the skells he hires that ruin the practice.
