They did an excellent job fixing my SUV and the service was friendly and knowledgeable. My SUV was T boned and had extensive damage to the river door and front quarter panel. They replaced all the parts and matched the paint perfectly. When I received my SUV back, they had cleaned it both outside and inside. Great service and excellent work!
Possibly the worst service I have ever encountered. The receptionist was the start to my bad experience when she claimed she never recievced my phone call when we clearly had called and talked to her. The man in charge of work on my car was rude and told me several times that I waited too long to get the recall done. I was only informed I had the recall on Friday before the weekend or else I would’ve brought it in sooner. I understood I was late, he didn’t need to repeatedly tell me.
