Here we are some 10 months later and just over 12000 KS. I had some issues with my 2025 Cadillac Optiq. The service advisor Melissa McFarlane walked me through the potential problems and scheduled a service that required a module replacement as well as numerous updates. At the same time they did the 12000k EV health check and tire rotation. She and the EV technician Scott Campbell kept me updated on the progress.
