The worst dealership experience of my life. I had an absolutely terrible experience with John Bear GMC. I put down a deposit on a truck, only to find out just eleven hours before pickup that they had sold it to someone else. When I asked how this could happen, the salesman actually admitted that they probably got more money for it—though I can’t confirm that. Our cars transmission overheated on our way to Toronto, we are from Michigan. Romeillio (sorry if spelled wrong) got us in fairly quickly and did an excellent job looking over everything. Catherine at the service desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping us through a very stressful time and getting us back home.
