Mr. Baxter (John) was a surprise to me. I was expecting someone rushed, busy, a little arrogant and of little time to spare (as my experience with attorneys in the past proved.) Instead he was genuine, well educated and versed in his field, gave undivided attention and time for my son and his case. He came prepared, wasn't intimidated nor was he willing to "simmer down" when things became challenging.
