In the past I'd had a very poor experience with a warranty issue on a certain 'Bavarian' vehicle, being treated very poorly by the dealer/service agent and taking many months to resolve. When my Tucson developed some strange noises from the sunroof I feared I was in for another long and painful fight. I couldn't have been more wrong. John Banks were excellent.
