John Banks was hired to conduct our commercial inspection for our condo unit. He had a family emergency and up and left the inspection in limbo. We are waiting since August 3, 2022 since out last inspection has since expired. When you call his phone, he makes a statement "I am out of the county until October 10. " We are waiting on someone who isn't performing. He isn't returning phone calls. He is completely unprofessional. Do not hire! Your JOB will never get done and your report will NEVER arrive.
