I have sent some of our Hormone Patients from Nova Health to Dr. Baird for thyroid issues. He is a great provider and really tries to help patients figure out the problem.

Charged $400 for a consultation, during which he was on his phone (texting?), and left to tend to another patient. The conversation was more like small talk with someone you just met, and much less to do with the reasons for my visit He ordered over $500 worth of tests for which he gave no instructions. The instructions were only available after prepaying, required preparation and dietary restrictions, and took weeks for results.There was no follow up consultation to discuss the test results. I was struggling with finding answers to some ongoing medical issues I was experiencing. I found Dr. Baird after a lot of searching and talking with doctors. My first consultation meeting with him was almost therapeutic for me. He actually listened to my concerns, was not condescending like other experiences I had had, and suggested solutions that were realistic and successful.
