I really tried to see Dr. Wilson for my kid. Unfortunately, the administrative process is very deficient. Our 4 appointments all 4 of them were cancelled even an 1 hour before the appointment. Except for one person the other misses I dealt there were not customer service oriented at all. “ Do you want the appointment, well you have to pay” one said during my last call.
