I consulted with Attorney Miller four times before deciding to retain him as my attorney. Once retained he forwarded my case to another attorney who was not experience in handling my case. I spent twenty five hundred dollars on emails and conversations regarding my case without any results. He also sent me an invoice for three thousand dollars more. When I disputed the charges I didn't receive a response. Please be careful and do not spend your money on this attorney. This Law firm is bad news.
The reviews speak for themselves. I was charged a $2500 retainer and received a demand letter that sounded like it was written by high school student. Chat GPT could have done better. I had to repeatedly follow up and re explain oir situation, being charges for each email and phone call of course.The opposing party even responded that they didn't understand it. I have know John B. Miller for 20 years. I have referred numerous people to him who were faced with the possibility of divorce. Everyone was extremely pleased with his work. He listened to them and fought for their rights. The highest compliment was when one of those people turned around and referred their friend to him. That says it all!
I contacted the firm regarding a few business documents that needed legal attention. From the first phone call to the ease of set up and clearly communicated expectations, I have been very satisfied with my experience. Will use them again as my business grows!
I hired John b miller in 2022 for a contractor who destroyed my home over 100 thousand in damages after torado damage and shabby work from contractor they asked for retainer of 5000 also they said they could help get rid of hoa who was making live beside condemned home where I had rats etc another 3500. Its now 2025 they had court date in February but they sent a green lawyer in who was not prepared no photos etc in damages done to money for his fees not my home.
