For months my mother has been trying to get her denture fitting, x-rays, prepping for her new dentures. Covid-19 hit the world. Place is dirty. They hardly answer the phone. You have no say in your dental plan. Tried to convince me to get the crown that they put in extracted because the root broke and in place, they'd make me a partial. I agreed. Then as I'm checking out I asked what the out of pocket cost would be for the partial and was told they don't do partials with my insurance because they don't cover enough of the cost for the patient. I told her that I could pay for the difference, but she still refused.
