For months my mother has been trying to get her denture fitting, x-rays, prepping for her new dentures. Covid-19 hit the world. Dr McCabe's office was closed on the verge of my mother having her last fitting. By the time we got a hold of him, he suggested we pay the dentures before he puts them on. Place is dirty. They hardly answer the phone. You have no say in your dental plan. Tried to convince me to get the crown that they put in extracted because the root broke and in place, they'd make me a partial. I agreed. Then as I'm checking out I asked what the out of pocket cost would be for the partial and was told they don't do partials with my insurance because they don't cover enough of the cost for the patient. I told her that I could pay for the difference, but she still refused.

This place is so unorganized, we took our children there a few months ago and have been waiting for our referral to the pediatric dentist and after calling numerous times I went up there and they were not busy at all and still no one picked up the phone! We walk in and the guy at the front desk is on his phone playing games. When I asked him why they haven't returned my call he said they have been busy. The whole time I was there 20 minutes the phone never rang and no one came in. I will never go back there again! This place... read more
