Called this Dr.'s office, since he was available to add to my insurance and is close to my residence. The person who answered took the time to take down all my information and said she'd call back with an appt. A week later, after no call back, I asked the person who answered the phone if my appt has been scheduled. She said no, they don't schedule appts over the phone. Then, she says they don't take my insurance. She stated the names of two or three insurance companies they take. Took a lot of my time to get to this point..... read more

Dr Luster is great and takes a lot of time with each patient. But his receptionist Dolores is extremely rude, unprofessional and has absolutely no concern for the patient's health and well being. She has no business working in a medical office or interacting with patients.
Dr. Luster is a great doctor however I left today after waiting over an hour and never saw him. Not happy about today.
Really wonderful place. Delores and Stephanie are very pleasent and efficient.Dr.Mullaly is very knowledgeable and very helpful and I'm very happy to have found this Dr.They are treating my health problems very aggressively which I'm very happy about
