Literally the worst compassion, care, customer service I’ve ever had. They gave me an indication for a procedure. I had the procedure and then was told insurance did not cover it and quoted an amount. They told me they would send for pre-approval but never did. Now I owe an unseen amount. Will never go there again. I advise anyone no to ever go there. The front desk is so rude.
I have spent 3 years in Dental Hell with dentists who should not be allowed to practice. I drove over 100 miles to Nashville because they were more advanced n it was one nightmare after another until now! I cannot tell you how much gratitude and appreciation I have for Dr. Burgess! This man is my hero because I finally can smile again… eat in public again and not be so self conscious! Been going there about 55 years Have been consistently pleased with their service.
Dr Burgess has been my family’s dentist for over 30 years. He has never tried to persuade us to have unnecessary dental work like I experienced with other dentists located in other cities. Dr Burgess has met me at his office on an emergency basis a couple of times and relieved my pain. I am very grateful!
