Feels great to be in good hands. Staff and doctor are TOP NOTCH. Happy to be apart of this place now.
My husband and me have gone for a while. While I have not had work done on my teeth my husband has. However the last time he had his teeth worked on they did not do a good job at all. He told them they didn't feel right but they sent him on his way. A couple months later his face swells up and he is in horrible pain. They are booked out months and months in advance so we didn't even try to get an appointment we went to our local place and they had an open appointment. I only went one time. I think the dentist knew what he was doing. The office made me feel uncomfortable. It was very old. The furniture was very worn and scratched. The bathroom door was not cleaned and didn’t have a lock on it. The advertisements make it look very different. It is not like them at all. I couldn’t wait to get out. It was small and piled up. I don’t usually make reviews unless they are good ones. I just did so people would know. If they changed the office I bet it would be a lot better.
Does anyone ever answer the phone? Haven’t been in for my appointment just calling to see what my copay will be… been calling for 9 days now still nothing even left two messages.
Extracted a molar for me. He was very good and was very kind. No discomfort at all during the procedure! He explained what he was doing as he went. His office staff and the dental assistant were very kind. I definitely recommend Dr. Burgess!
