Dr. Azar-Dickens conducted the psychological evaluation for my soon-to-be ex-wife, and the quality of that evaluation was extremely concerning. Important issues — including her history with alcohol and past incidents that directly affect parenting — were either minimized or not addressed at all. The evaluation felt incomplete and failed to meaningfully examine serious factors that should matter in any family assessment. I spent $1,000 to be evacuated by Dickens, he TRIED to add a bunch of lies to my evaluation but the almighty God won the battle for me. I have my son now after having to clean up his disgusting mess. Every review paints him as a snake. BELIEVE IT. I asked him to clear up something in his evaluation for the courts and he refused. He refused to help me in any way . I get the last laugh though buddy.
So I had a psych evaluation in his office. I agree with the prior reviews. I feel like he had judged me based off of our encounter which is fair but I do believe he is not taking into consideration my feelings about my situation. I am pissed, my ex stopped allowing me to see my child and I have not had visitation for 8 months almost now. I think anybody in my situation and I'm mental health. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Dr. John Azar-Dickens was not just unprofessional — it was outrageous. I came in for an evaluation few weeks months ago, and from the moment it started, I knew something was off. He didn’t ask the right questions, barely listened, and acted like he had already made a judgment before I even spoke.
