John Ayers crew blocked my driveway with their trucks in the morning when I am trying to get to work. I call the number on the truck and man who answered the phone was arrogant, rude and unapologetic. After he tells me “sorry you woke up on the wrong side of the bed” he hung up. If you choose to use this company, give them the heads up and your neighbors. Very self-centred company no thought to other community or neighbor members.
They did a fantastic job on our trees. The initial consult was extremely informative. They got us in quickly and their team was fast, efficient and professional. I feel the bill was extremely reasonable given the amount of labor and equipment involved. Our trees look great and I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.
I give John Ayers Tree Surgeons 5 stars! Ezra was quick to respond to text messages and came to my house to look at the tree to be removed as soon as I was available. He arrived on time for the estimate and professionally and knowledgeable answered all my questions. I felt comfortable with him to do the job. The day of tree removal went very smoothly and they cleaned up and left my yard looking great. I would use John Ayers Tree Surgeons again without hesitation.
Ezra and his team are top notch. Managed by their Foreman, Gary, they are punctual, professional, and work together like a well oiled machine. You can tell by observation safety is top priority. The crew arrived in multiple vehicles and were consciences of the neighbors parking and street access. They removed dead wood/debris and laced the branches of our 30 year old Coastal Redwoods. We have used John Ayers Tree Surgeons for the past seven years. Ezra and his team are very professional, using due diligence in covering windows and small plants/bushes that could get damaged during the trimming. We are always pleased with the outcome and our trees always have a healthy growth spurt after the trimming. We will continue to use them to keep our trees growing strong and healthy We highly recommend John Ayers Tree Surgeons!
