The guy was so rude I called on Columbus Day. I was in desperate need of a bumper repair and I had contacted my auto repair place but the guy said they weren’t there but the calls were connected to his phone. That’s when I called John’s so before I started any statement I just simply asked “are you guys open” he said “if we weren’t open I wouldn’t be answering” and hung up the phone. I am so impressed with John's work. I had a rental and had a minor accident. I needed the vehicle to go back the way it had been given to me. I am so happy with the final product. I highly recommend John's work. His work ethic is phenomenal. He's customer service is outstanding. His motto is doing the job right the first time. If I ever need work done again this is the only place I will visit.
