Absolutely brilliant service from John Atherton Autos. The staff are so friendly and at mot time they keep you informed of any expensive repairs needing doing before going ahead. Reception is clean and bright and you are welcome to wait there if like me you can’t go for a walk about while your vehicle is being dealt with. I have been going there for years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
Always use this garage for MOT and service, plus if any problems should crop up with our vehicles, Atherton’s is our first choice. We feel like they are genuine and not out to rip anyone off. Office, garage and car park are all really tidy and the staff are smart too. Would recommend!

Excellent service, my Insignia was having problems and was booked in for repair, unfortunately my car died a sudden death and they took her in early and then worked their magic and had it repaired by the day is was only supposed to be taken in for! Really friendly staff, very polite, very helpful and let’s not forget the mechanics! My cars now driving better than it ever has done and I have been given some very good advisory notes from them instead of having to shell out on what could have been unnecessary repairs!
