Rip off. We got someone round to take a look at our boiler because the hot water wasn't running, the guy who came over said everything was fine and that we just needed to reset the timer. Turns out that there was a part in the lower emersion heater that needed replacing. We got charged £80 for advice and the advice wasn't even correct and the plumber didn't even bother to do any tests. We managed to find someone to fix the boiler for much cheaper as well.
