Absolutely fantastic service! They have gone completely above and beyond, Jamie and Kathleen fitted my new carpets and without even been asked finished my wooden flooring downstairs which wasnt part of the job. Would 100 percent recommend to anyone! Lovely and friendly service, will be using you all again!

Had a great experience with John Archers. Recently purchased a caravan and wanted new carpets and a new matress and the service and attention to detail was excellent. I asked them to oversee measurements and came and delivered the carpets were perfect. It's great to get a place where you can trust they will deliver a excellent service and when not living in the area. Staff were super friendly and loved that's its a family business who really care so thank you 😊

What an outstanding little firm! I rang them up they arrived next day to measure up for me as well brought loads of samples ,when I decided what I wanted I was given a date to suit me for fitting 3 bedrooms and stairs..the team arrived on the dot also estimated a time of completion that was also on time..all furniture was put back ..for me it was effortless! Big thank you john archer carpets A*****

Fantastic service from start to finish Samantha and Mary do go out of they're way to help you we have bought carpets and furniture from them over the last 3 years all have been fitted with in days I would recommend them and do .Luke did a fantastic job on our stairs. Thankyou archers.

I had a measuring appointment booked and even called to confirm the time on the day, but unfortunately no one showed up, and I wasn’t contacted with an apology or an offer to reschedule. I’m sure the service is great when they show up, but I was left a little disappointed.
