My father is unable to move his medical records or even contact anyone directly at this office since the announcement of retirement. Two attempts by his new urologist and ourselves have come up with no records. These are vital for his care and he has a legal right to them and their transfer! He never was even given results from his latest of labs. Shoddy handling of people and their medical information.
I never had a problem with Dr. Pumphry as he was always nice and thourough and hated to see him retire. What I had a problem with was the amount of time it would take to get my prescriptions sent to my Walgreens. It would take forever and I would call the clinic and they would tell me someone would call me back and they wouldn't call me or sometimes they would several days later. Dr Pumphrey is one of the most compassionate doctors I’ve had the pleasure to call the absolute Best. I always felt comfortable and confident with his advice and caring for my health and well-being.
Dr. Pumphrey is a true professional, caring about his patients. He was genuinely concerned to only doing his best to help his patients diagnose and get them on the road to recovery. It was a place being a patient of Dr. Pumphrey.
