Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First visit, I booked and paid for the $239 service. When the work was done, I got a call to pick up my car and was suddenly charged over $500. I had to argue just to get them to honour the original price. Second visit I went in for service and repairs and was told to call back. The Penrose branch never answers their phone, no matter how many times you try.
