Extremely poor communication from service department to receptionist to us. Faults not fully picked up at diagnostics. On collecting the car late Friday afternoon, after 3 days in the service department, the car still shows an orange engine light on and is not idling correctly. No one is answering the phone on a Saturday morning and we are now stuck till Tuesday!!! with a car which we are too scared to drive in case we do more damage.
