I was a little worried about the timetable, because other jobs had gone over budget, but this crew was able to complete the ventilated ceiling installation in under four hours. They found a little duct issue that was overlooked during my initial assessment and repaired it free of charge.
The problem was a huge build up of dust and dirt in the vents and they cleaned it out real well in about an hour. It was reassuring to see them utilise specialist equipment to make sure everything was completely removed, especially having had a less comprehensive service from another contractor previously.
Portable A/C, now fast, quick setup.
Outstanding customer care and top-quality HVAC service every step of the way.
I was initially concerned about the cost-effectiveness of the service, but the technician quickly identified a faulty capacitor and replaced it within an hour. Previously, another company had misdiagnosed the problem as a compressor issue, which would have been significantly more expensive.
