As a mortgage lender of over 25 years, I get lots of exposure to various Realtors, representing my customers and others. I recently work with both Shawn and John Baker, and they did a terrific job for our mutual customer. They made sure our customer understood all the details of the condo she was buying, they gave me what I needed to procure the loan, and they created a very good working environment for all involved (even negotiated a credit for our borrower in a fair way).
