Rachel the nurse is very rude and unprofessional. My mother has been going to Dr koontz for over at least 25 years. Doctor Koontz is never available. The doctor should have caught her sugars before they got out of control.
I am extremely disappointed with Dr. Koontz. My mother has been his patient, and every time I follow up with her about her visits—asking how she’s doing and what the doctor said—she never has an answer because no one follows up with her. She had lab work done and voiced some concerns, and while she was told the doctor would follow up, that never happened. She had to call multiple times just to get an update, and even then, it felt like the nurse was simply calling to cover for the office rather than genuinely addressing her ... read more
if I could give zero stars I would. do not put your life in the hands of this doctors office.This has been the worst experience. It is three weeks to the day that they have not resolved my Husband Insulin prescription that he has been taking for years now. I have Made numerous calls trying to get it resolved and the lack of communication and knowledge on their part is downright neglectful. please, if you value your life and your health find a different doctor. Called twice, gave a bunch of information twice and hung up on... twice. Ridiculous. Also, nothing makes people angry like sitting on hold. Garbage doctor.
