This company, scammed me out of $90,000 as his employee's were allowed to pull my entire loan to build a tiny home for me and took the money and left. I would choose any other company and have already filed against this company. Please just google my name and find my contact info if you would like to know more :)

His construction company doesn't put up by law signs 72 hours before construction letting residents know on the street that construction will take place! It is disrespectful to the residents and this construction refuses to abide by the California construction laws! John Allen was hired through U Build consulting. We hired him to do an ADU and an addition. We signed the contract in February 2020, and two years later the plans and permits were still not approved. They always had excuses and blamed Covid for everything. I would always have to follow up with them to see what's going on and even had to contact LADBS to see what was going on with the plans and permits.
