Very unfriendly rude staff Did not even care to see the doctor
Dr. Alexander has been my son's primary since birth 4 years ago. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and great with kids. Any illness, we've been seen that day. Always pays close attention to my son's medical history. Staff has always been great too!
After having a few different primary doc/pediatrician offices over the years due to moving a couple of times, this practice is BY FAR the best. Getting a human on the phone is never a problem, callbacks typically occur in a timely fashion when needed. Wait times after checking in are pretty on target; much better than anywhere else we've been. They typically are very accommodating when same day visits due to illness are needed.
