I went with a problem, at the end of my time with Dr.Brockman, I still had the problem, and after 2 visits, was told he had "no more tools in his tool box," and that was that. No recommendation or referral or anything, just "oh well. Have a nice day." On my second visit I was having g a procedure done that I was extremely nervous about. I asked for anti anxiety medication before hand, but was denied. Dr. Brockman is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and a truly fine surgeon. Through proper diagnosis followed by surgery, he gave me my life back, literally.
Dr Brockman is a life saver and has the sweetest disposition.
Dr Brockman was the first urologist who did more than give samples or shrugged when I had questions. I fired the first 2 urologists who treated me like a number. He is a professional problem-solver who fixes situations and is always caring and responsive. His handshake is genuine.
I've called and left messages over the last couple of weeks and not a single call back. I'm sure the doctor and staff are wonderful but this is something that will turn me away from being a patient here. Just based on this experience the office staff is not reliable on getting back to potential patients.
