Not really worth it, just came in charged me $700 for basic vent cleaning and intake cleaning with a shop vac. Technician wasn’t knowledgable enough or willing to check the hvac package on the roof, confused me about a furnace being in-between the floors of the condos which didn’t really make any sense (Everything is on the roof, furnace and air conditioner).
Everything went smoothly. Easy to book, arrived on time, and the job was done faster than expected.
They came out to do a full air duct cleaning. Everything is handled and the job is done.

It was blowing dust every time the air turned on. The technician quickly diagnosed it and got the system completely clean again.
