John Adams needs to retire. His entire office takes lunch at the same time and are usually gone for OVER an hour, so if you need to get a hold of them on your lunch break you are out of luck. We had an auto policy and renters insurance through them and to our surprise, they never put the paperwork through to actually start our renters policy so we weren't actually covered. BUT WE WERE STILL PAYING FOR IT. Overall... worst insurance agency I've ever dealt with - we ended up switching to a different agent. Do not recommend.
These people are so rude. They treated me with the utmost rudeness when I came to them with a problem (and it was something that was THEIR mistake.)These people gave me the worst customer service ever. EVER. They actually had the audacity to hang up on me while I was still talking. I do NOT recommend them.
