Joe Bigelman is a very friendly person to work with, but that doesn't negate the fact that he and his associates messed up our loan from the beginning. I asked, repeatedly, to not be sold to two specific large banks. When my mortgage was placed with one of those banks, Joe told me that John Adams would work with me to redo the loan with minimal closing costs so my loan could be sold to a smaller bank.
