I was not pleased with John Adams Mortgage Company at all. Maybe is was just the agent I had but as a first time home buyer you have a lot of questions you need answered. I felt like a lot of my questions were unanswered, my phone calls were not returned, all around the experience was bad. I would not recommend the Birmingham branch to anyone!
