Six years ago I had brain injury that affected the way my nerves communicate with the rest of my body. With numerous therapies, including the expertise of John Aaron, I have progressed much further than I ever thought possible. He began working my muscles through massage and taught me the appropriate stretches and how to safely complete them to maximize my goals. Having someone on my side that knows how muscles work has been an incredible gift to me.
John Aaron has been working on my body for years. I can confirm that I really don’t get knots in my shoulders anymore after having seen him for so long. Between his massages and the stretching techniques he has shared with me they keep me pain free. Thanks
