Great pre-op care on shoulder surgery. The entire team of nurses, anesthesiologist, front desk and Dr Willis have ma a high degree of confidence and comfort. The light laughter and friendly banter in the pre and post op made for a “happy” experience. Thank you all. Granted, I m still recovering from morning surgery and have a nerve block and fine painkillers!
