John installed a multi-flow system approx. 20 years ago at our home and has serviced it ever since- though it has required very little service over the years. I know there is some family confusion, but John has been absolutely professional over this time. He is responsive and knowledgable and I highly recommend him and his company.

We needed emergency pumping of our septic tank. John was very responsive to our needs and we were able to get prompt service. He called when he said he would and showed up when he said he would. You would think that would be the norm, but with other businesses in SF we have not experienced this reliability. He was fast, professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. We are very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend.

I will be contacting the attorney general, this man's son in law took $1500 from us, it seems they are a quite questionable family? I have a receipt and nothing was ever done. The environment department is working with me as well, it is a mere $1500 that we paid trying to be good customers, biggest mistake as they do not run an honest business. There is another complaint out of Pecos, too bad this is possibly the shutdoen of this business.
