John redid two of our bathrooms, total renovations. He did an outstanding job, and the quality of his work shines through. He is a clear communicator and is punctual with time management. He is also very experienced with all aspects of home construction trades. Would definitely hire again for any work, and would recommend for anyone looking for top quality work!

John Torres did major repair work on our house, including tearing out a wall and carpeting due to mold caused by a leak behind the wall, replacing the carpet with vinyl plank flooring, and drywalling and painting the replacement wall. Due to another major leak in a window, he took out the window and tore out the rotted wood under it down to the basement foundation, rebuilt the foundation under the window, and reinstalled the window.
