We are seeing Doctor Simpson for a very long time now for my kids allergy issues. My kids are adults now! Extremely satisfied with his practice. He is very understanding, he listens, explains and never rushes. I highly recommend him to other patients. Best wishes to Dr. Simpson always!
I’ve been coming to the practice for more than five years. I’ve had a positive experience with Dr. Berger and subsequently several other doctors for years. Until this morning.. I had an appointment on the books for four months, received the appt reminder, etc. Showed up for the appt. and the office is closed, locked, no answering of calls. Very frustrating. Make sure you call first! Update: an office manager showed up to provide a valid explanation, and will reschedule my appt. Updating to five stars.
I am so impressed with Dr. Simpson and his team. He thoroughly explained all of my treatment options, and is never pushy or condescending or in a hurry. Office staff, nurses and techs are all super friendly and efficient. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. A breath of fresh air.
My experience was nice, everyone is friendly and the doctors feels like they want to help and understand you. I am so happy I finally addressing all my allergies. Now I feel normal
