Thorough exam
I would suggest booking elsewhere, if possible. I called months in advance to schedule an appt for my mom. I gave all insurance info so the office would have enough time to research & do their due diligence. The first appt came & the doctor was out. We were told once we checked in. We had to reschedule for the following day and take time off work just to make the appt. My mom paid the co-pay & was then billed additionally.
