I found from the secretary in the beginning all the way to the nurse to the doctor was knowledgeable cared about what was wrong with me and handled everything swiftly and caring and Jessica at the front window was fantastic. Helping me filling the forms out. It looked like she liked doing her job and I appreciate it.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Paglia. He greets you upon entry and doesn't rush you. Exams you then explains what steps you need to take. I'm not quite sure about the other negative reviews but he definitely was not rude. I work for large Surgery Department and understand all the performance factors that are measured and he passed them all. People expect providers to spend over 1 hr that's impossible they have other patient's to see and care for. Again Dr. Paglia very nice Provider.
Dr John Paglia (Mountain Valley Orthopedics) is excellent. Great bedside manner, knowledgeable, and explains everything in great detail. My husband, Paul and I are both patients of his. Dr. Paglia gave me a cortisone shot in my knee, and I didn't feel a thing. I just had surgery, and again he was all the things I mentioned before, and more. My husband and I wouldn't see any other orthopedic physician/surgeon. Five stars for Dr. Paglia.
