Booked an appointment for a valuation days in advance, received a confirmation email, stood out front of business in the cold for 45mins. No answer on phone number provided and no reply to my email until next day only to be to that a valuer isn't on site anyway and I'd have to leave my goods and that he never received my booking and he dosnt work Saturdays ( my booking was on a monday) yet I had received a confirmation of my booking and after all that not even and apologie.
