I have never been so annoyed with a doctors office. They had me sitting in their waiting room for over an hour before I finally asked what was going on. Only after asking for a refund on my copay did the doctor appear. And then it was the silliest consultation I have ever been to, ChatGPT helped me out more when I got home.
Dr. Kasher is a wonder doctor! He listens and is very kind.
Poor time management. Regular appointments & surgeries/procedures are wildly over scheduled. Surgery was backed up nearly 2 hours & appointments (even ones they ask you to rush in for) are 30/40 minutes behind. Normally that’s the norm but nurses at hospital and at clinic are very vocal while you wait about how backed up this is & how he is having to rush through everyone he sees. Easy booking for an appointment. Courteous and friendly front desk and back office.Facility clean, organized and efficient. Nursing personnel attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Kasher listens attentively, responds clearly and is engaged with the patient. Follow up is prompt and easy to follow.
