Great experience with Dr. Horn. Cares about his patients and takes the time to listen and explain everything. Very knowledgeable.

Dr. Horn has been my doctor since moving to Ohio over 20 years ago. He is still worth the 1 1/2 hr drive it takes me to see him since I moved cities over 10 years ago. An awesome doctor whom I would highly recommend!!
