Dr Gross has been my primary physician for several years. He is passionate, knowledgeable and a terrific doctor. I recently underwent an unexpected surgery at St Anthony’s. Dr Gross was there to help coordinate my care. Highest ratings possible.
Never! When hospitalized he ordered wrong meds, family had to demand he be called and meds be ordered. In the office, staff are rude and offer no follow-up. Not patient-centered care!
Dr. Gross misdiagnosed my parathroid condition for over 5 years. I had most of the symptoms but when I mentioned them to him he told me that it was because I was depressed and getting older and this is common with women. Two of my glands were not working which had osteoporosis and other symptoms such as depression. As a result I had two broken hips. Once it was correctly diagnosed my osteoporsis was reversed. Also his PA took stitches out of my head before they were ready.
Consistently disappointed with this office and their lack of professionalism. Highly, highly disorganized. Stacks of papers everywhere behind the counter. Front desk staff is rude and can rarely answer a simple question regarding medical history/records with them. Doctor once refused to see my husband because he was 5 minutes early to his appointment and not 15. If you are looking fora pratice that is professional, organized amd genuinely cares about your well being, look elsewhere.
